The July 2024 Expert Broker release includes various enhancements and maintenance fixes including New Nova Scotia Mortgage Disclosure Statement Form.

In our April 2024 Expert release, we’ll make a few changes to the Newfoundland Disclosure Statement, add the Nova Scotia Recommendation and Assessment Form and update the Mortgage Classification Options for the FSRA AIR.

At midnight EST Dec 1 Filogix Exchange will be taken offline to begin a migration to a modern infrastructure. This migration will take place over the week, with Exchange kept offline during this time. Exchange service will resume in conjunction with our next Expert update Dec 9th.

In our June 2023 Expert release, users holding an Ontario license will be able to include their FSRA license class information. Within the Options section, you can define your class of license as Agent Level 1, Agent Level 2, or Broker, along with your license number.
